Right of withdrawal

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return the purchased goods, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on MotoManuali.it. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt and only after having filled out the Return Form that you find online and which will allow you to obtain the return code.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:

  • the Return Form must be correctly completed and sent electronically to MotoManuali.it within fourteen (14) working days from the delivery date.
  • the products must not be damaged;
  • the returned products must be sent to MotoManuali.it in a single shipment. MotoManuali.it, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and sent at different times;
  • the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.

If you have met all the conditions required, you will be reimbursed the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense only the costs of return.

You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport.

If your return can not be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions, you will be contacted by e-mail. In this case, you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment MotoManuali.it reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

Timing and methods of repayment

After we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and the refund will be activated as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which you have announced your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that this occurred in compliance with the conditions above.

In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made against the person who made the payment.
